Consultations and fees
NGO law institute is consulting non-governmental organizations on the issues presented hereafter as well as any other issues of their concern. We are well aware of the specific nature of NGOs in comparison to profit-making entities and the lawyers in cooperation with us have participated or are still participating in the non-governmental activity.
We invite you to address all issues of concern to us; primary generic consultations are always free of charge. We charge only for the services which require to prepare certain documents, represent in public authorities, courts, etc.
Exact prices of such services are difficult to specify; here are the standard fees:
- Establishment and registration of an organization - 350 LTL
- Establishment of an association's branch - 300 LTL
- Amendment of an organization's Articles of Association when either a registered office or name are changed - 400 LTL;
- Reorganization - 5000 LTL;
- Research - 200 LTL per sheet.
- Work hour - 100 LTL (trainings, drafting of contracts and other documents, representation in a court, etc.)
Total price depends on the size of your organization, type of members or part-owners and other things. Please address even if your budget is still limited and you are unable to pay for the services - we could be able to assist you anyway as NGO law institute is occasionally engaged in projects aimed at providing free legal advice. In any case, it is always better to consult with lawyers in advance rather than acting at your own discretion and solving irremediable problems afterwards.
